Several people lose their lives, including Varg's best friend Even, who is soon named as the bomber. However, Wolf can't get it to work and starts digging into the dark secrets of the arms industry. His investigation takes him to Budapest where he becomes involved in a deadly game in what will be his biggest and most dangerous case ever. Varg soon realizes that he has taken water way over his head when his girlfriend Karin becomes the next victim.
