Shihao Village was hit by natural disasters and hail, and Guan Xiangming, a cadre of the Securities Regulatory Bureau, was appointed as the first secretary of local poverty alleviation. As soon as he arrived at the village committee, he caught a farce. Huang Huansheng, the rich leader who led the villagers to plant phoenix peppers, disappeared.
