The main event of the round sees the champions St Helens take on the competition leaders Warrington Wolves. Saints are aiming to win the title for the fifth consecutive season, but Warrington have made a flying start to the year and are looking to stay on course for their first Super League crown.
Castleford are at home to Hull KR, Leigh take on Leeds and Salford face Catalans. The bottom team Wakefield travel to Wigan, and Hull FC will be looking to find some form when they host Huddersfield.
