The main event of the round is the meeting of Warrington and Wigan at the Halliwell Jones Stadium. Warrington have made a flying start to the season, but face a big test of their title credentials against Wigan's talented squad.
It's a family affair at Headingley where Leeds head coach Rohan Smith leads the Rhinos into battle against Hull FC, who are coached by his uncle Tony Smith.
The champions St Helens travel to Hull KR and Huddersfield are at home to Catalans. Salford face Castleford and Wakefield take on Leigh.
