In the new "crime scene" from Cologne "Captive", inspectors Max Ballauf (Klaus J. Behrendt) and Freddy Schenk (Dietmar Bär) have to solve the murder of a chief physician in a psychiatric clinic. Ballauf himself is currently being treated: A trauma that he thought he had already overcome is coming back with a vengeance.
