Episode 1
In this first episode, the team go undercover on the high street and reveal what the UK's biggest phone networks don't tell you when you sign up to a new contract. The programme also investigates some of the UK's largest retailers' loyalty schemes to reveal the worst and the sneakiest. Meanwhile, M&S steak costs twice as much as Aldi, even though they use the same suppliers. Supershoppers puts their steaks head to head in a taste test, with surprising results. And can targeted toners really take aim at specific parts of the body, or is there a much better way to spend your cash?

Episode 2
In this episode, Supershoppers goes undercover at leading health retailer Holland and Barrett and reveals staff giving incorrect information in every store we visited. The programme looks at the boom in 'natural' cleaning products and asks if you can trust Tesco's claims about their own-brand eco range. Plus: is one of the latest supermarket food trends worth forking out for? And male grooming products go under the spotlight.

Episode 3
This week, Supershoppers investigates brands including Thomas Cook, Tui, Heinz and Sainsbury's. The team goes undercover at the nation's cosmetic counters to test the claims of staff working for beauty companies and exposes the truth about inflight magazine deals from companies including Thomas Cook and Tui. The team also investigates front-of-pack claims from some of the UK's biggest brands in the baby food market and reveals the truth about your TV.

Episode 4
In this episode Kate and Sabrina investigate retailers including Sainsbury's, Morrison's and Aldi. They check out whether it's worth paying more for eggs with a golden yolk. They test headphones that are advertised as safe for children, and find some louder than a nightclub. And do you really need to spend more on peanut butter to get the best taste?

Episode 5
This episode investigates the biggest names on the high street, looking at the promises made by retailers like Boots, M&S and Sainsbury's and whether they're keeping them. From ditching plastic to removing sweets at the till, the team name the stores that make eye-catching promises but don't keep them. Supershoppers looks at cereal giant Kellogg's, and investigates the latest trends in soft drinks. The programme also investigates the astonishing sums that we spend on pet gadgets.

Episode 6
In this episode, there's an amazing tip on how to buy virtually identical versions of popular supermarket brands for a fraction of the price. From fruit juice to baked beans, tuna to almond milk, many brands make two versions of the same product: one cheap and one pricey. With summer around the corner, Supershoppers takes a look at sunscreen, and investigates whether spending more gives you better protection from the sun. Plus, how to avoid joining an energy company about to go bust - the team put the regulator in the hot seat.
