There are tips on savings on foreign trips for next year, including surprising hacks with the major airlines, and as the travel industry begins to ramp up again, there is advice on reducing carbon footprints.

Helen Skelton and Sabrina Grant investigate big fashion brands, uncovering the truth behind the sustainability claims made by big retailers and revealing how consumers can get money back by recycling their shoes. There is also advice on how to make money selling clothes online and a look at the popular `buy now, pay later" schemes offered by fashion retailers.

Helen Skelton and Sabrina Grant reveal ways to make big savings on takeaways, supermarket deliveries and eating out, with the team investigating restaurant discount cards. There is also advice on getting the most from online supermarket shopping, a look at an app that offers leftover food for a discount price, and tips on buying coffee on the high street.

Jo Conran is a single mum working as a flight attendant. Her son is serving a fifteen-year sentence in a Bulgarian prison for a murder he swears he did not commit. Beyond the Gates is set in a leafy Maryland suburb just outside of Washington D.C., and in one the most affluent African American counties in the United States.
