The Six Nations Showdown is this week in Glasgow as JJ Chalmers and Aimee Fuller take on former international winger Tommy Seymour.

Episode 3
Former politician Ed Balls, Radio 2's Owain Wyn Evans and England international Sadia Kabeya join Gabby Logan and Gareth Thomas.
The show's Six Nations Showdown is this time all about passing as Gethin Jones, Holly Hamilton and Jeanette Kwakye take on Ollie Hassell-Collins and Katy Daley-McLean.

Episode 4
The Six Nations continues, and Gabby Logan and Gareth Thomas bring you all the fun that surrounds it. They are joined in the studio by Strictly Come Dancing judge Anton Du Beke, Paralympic gold medallist Ellie Simmonds and Irish stand-up comedian Jason Byrne.
The show's Sin Bin Road Trip is back in Cardiff as Hal Robson-Kanu and Eleri Sion take on James Hook at place kicking. With previews, predictions and a packed audience, this is the perfect complement to this year's Six Nations.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is an American comedy series about four friends in their late 20s with clear sociopathic tendencies who run an unsuccessful Irish bar, "Paddy's Pub," in South Philadelphia. The series deals with a variety of controversial topics, including abortion, gun control, physical disabilities, racism, sexism, religion, the Israeli/Palestinian situation, terrorism, transsexuality, slavery, incest, sexual harassment in education, the homeless, statutory rape, drug addiction, pedophilia, child abuse, mental illness, gay rights and dumpster babies.
