This week, they are joined by rugby royalty and World Cup winner Mike Tindall, cross-code rugby legend Jonathan ‘Jiffy' Davies and Paralympian and rugby fan Stef Reid.

Also returning is the show's Sin Bin Showdown, which reaches its epic conclusion with a home nations team being crowned champion after a final challenge.
