Ahead of Wales' opener against Ireland, Gabby and Gareth are joined by Sir Bryn Terfel, comedian Ed Byrne and rugby legend Sir Gareth Edwards to get the country Six Nations ready.

Episode 2
Round two is here and Gabby and Gareth are joined by darts world champion Gerwyn Price, comedian Rory Bremner and Wales centre Alecs Donovan to get the country Six Nations ready.

Episode 3
It's the big one, Wales v England, and Gabby and Gareth are joined by referee Nigel Owens, comedian Kiri Pritchard-McLean, Strictly champion Ore Oduba and Wales flanker Dan Lydiate.

Episode 4
Gabby and Gareth are joined by MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace, national treasure Carol Vorderman, triple Grand Slam winner Ryan Jones and Australian rugby legend David Campese.

Episode 5
Gabby and Gareth are joined by Welsh hero Shane Williams, World Cup winner Maggie Alphonsi, Paralympic legend Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson and French fly-half Thomas Castaignede.
