Severe thunderstorms are taking aim at the Midwest over the weekend, while the South is at risk of more flash flooding. NBC News' Shaquille Brewster has the latest. As the recovery efforts continue after devastating flash floods in Texas Hill Country, NBC Dallas-Fort Worth obtained FEMA records revealing new details about alerts that were not sent when the flooding began. A federal judge on Friday ruled that immigration officers in Southern California can't rely solely on someone's race or the fact that they're speaking Spanish to stop and detain them.
