The U.S. Chamber of Commerce asked the Trump administration to provide relief for small businesses facing new challenges from tariffs. Large corporations are also reporting the impact they are seeing. Apple CEO Tim Cook says current tariffs will add $900 million to the company's costs. NBC News' Christine Romans reports. John Elway's longtime friend and agent Jeff Sperbeck died after falling off a golf cart at a private residential community. Officials have not said who was driving or what caused the accident. NBC News' Liz Kreutz reports a source familiar with the details confirmed to NBC's Denver affiliate, KUSA, that Elway was the driver. President Trump announced he will remove Mike Waltz as national security advisor and will nominate him to be ambassador to the United Nations. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will take over as interim national security advisor. NBC News' Garrett Haake reports. Police in South Carolina arrested Justin Collin Adams after a manhunt that lasted several hours. Police say Adams plowed his car into several people, including two children, outside a school. NBC News' Aaron Gilchrist reports. On Block Island in New England, a team from Mystic Aquarium is racing to save entangled seals. The animals are caught in fishing gear, plastic bags and other debris. NBC News' Emilie Ikeda joins their mission on the shoreline.
