John Elway's longtime friend and agent Jeff Sperbeck died after falling off a golf cart at a private residential community. Officials have not said who was driving or what caused the accident. President Trump announced he will remove Mike Waltz as national security advisor and will nominate him to be ambassador to the United Nations. Police in South Carolina arrested Justin Collin Adams after a manhunt that lasted several hours. Police say Adams plowed his car into several people, including two children, outside a school. NBC News' Aaron Gilchrist reports. On Block Island in New England, a team from Mystic Aquarium is racing to save entangled seals.
