The executive director of the port of Los Angeles expects a 35 percent drop in cargo coming in from Asia starting next week. The warning comes as the dockworkers union says President Trump's trade war risks leading to "devastating job losses." NBC News' Steve Patterson reports from the ports of Southern California. Columbia University student Mohsen Mahdawi was detained earlier this month during an immigration interview. Last year, he helped organized pro-Palestinian protests on campus. A federal judge today ordered him released on bail, as he fights his deportation. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports Mahdawi had a defiant message for the Trump administration after his release. President Trump said a new report showing a slight drop in GDP was a lagging result of former President Biden's term, despite the report covering the first weeks of his presidency. NBC News' Garrett Haake reports. The Supreme Court is considering whether to allow Oklahoma to approve the first taxpayer-funded religious charter school in the country. NBC News' Laura Jarrett reports proponents say it's about giving parents more choices while critics say it chips away at the separation of church and state. 11 members of a high school lacrosse team in New York turned themselves in to police to face accusations of hazing. Prosecutors say five younger members of the team were victimized during a hazing incident that included a fake kidnapping. NBC News' Morgan Chesky reports. Tennis great Andre Agassi returned to the court to compete in his first professional pickleball tournament. Nearly 20 years after retiring, he teamed up with top ranked Anna Leigh Waters.
