In Maine, one mother says her children were given melatonin without her permission at their day care. Last year, childcare staff in New Hampshire, Washington and Indiana also made headlines for giving melatonin to children. While parents should consult a doctor, some pediatricians do not recommend melatonin use in kids under age five. NBC News' Vicky Nguyen reports.
