With the death toll from the catastrophic floods in the Texas Hill Country now topping 130 people, heavy rain further complicated the search for the missing. Wildfires are raging near the Grand Canyon National Park, forcing the closure of the park's northern rim. One of the wildfires grew 20 times in size in just 24 hours. President Trump announced the U.S. will send weapons to Ukraine, which will be distributed and paid for by NATO allies. Trump said the effort will pressure Russian President Putin to make a peace deal, saying the U.S. will slap on additional tariffs if Putin does not agree to a deal within 50 days.
