Hurricane Melissa made landfall in New Hope, Jamaica as a powerful Category 5 storm. Melissa pummeled the island with 185 mile per hour winds and torrential rain. Officials say some 25,000 tourists are stranded in Jamaica. NBC News' George Solis reports. Air traffic controllers are the latest government workers to miss a paycheck, even as they stay on the job.
