In the eighth and final episode of the series, Jamie Oliver's search for super food inspiration takes him to South Korea, where he sees how the mighty sesame seed has a huge presence in local cuisine. In Switzerland, he goes behind the scenes at the country's prime chocolate factory, learning about the health properties of cocoa. On the menu is herby smoked salmon and magic egg for breakfast; sesame butterflied chicken for lunch; and cocoa powder brings depth and complexity to a smoky veggie chilli for dinner.
