Magic Egg Breakfast and Smoky Veggie Chilli
In the eighth and final episode of the series, Jamie Oliver's search for super food inspiration takes him to South Korea, where he sees how the mighty sesame seed has a huge presence in local cuisine. In Switzerland, he goes behind the scenes at the country's prime chocolate factory, learning about the health properties of cocoa. On the menu is herby smoked salmon and magic egg for breakfast; sesame butterflied chicken for lunch; and cocoa powder brings depth and complexity to a smoky veggie chilli for dinner. Murder Most Puzzling

There she learns key truths about her father as well as a family that doesn't know she exists, and, moreover, that the story of abandonment that has shaped her entire life - was a lie. A lie intended to protect her and her mother from her father's shady business dealings. Fiona resolves to uncover the full truth about her father and reconnect with the parent she only thought she knew.
