Giovanna Scalise is busy with inspectors Manrico and Mauro Belli solving the strange case of a girl's kidnapping, while Luca and Valeria are on the trail of a thief who strikes in a movie theater. In the meantime, Ugo improvises as a computer expert, making Parmesan despair. Roberto and Angela are worried about little Maura who is sick. The person plotting to kill Scalise has an unexpected stroke of luck: her mother Caterina is taken ill and Federico calls the police station to ask for help, Saro is present while Luca gives the inspector's home address to the doctor.
