They're looking for a three-bedroom home with a pool and easy beach access, but they also want the home to really feel like a vacation getaway, a respite from the workweek. With their modest budget of $350,000 all in, most homes in the area they'll be looking for will need to be updated to match their vision. With the clock ticking on the baby's due date, these two will have to get to work to make their beachfront dream a reality.
