The restaurant "Dikanka" in Kursk is an institution with a 15–year history. The business is owned by a father and son, who have different ideas about the development of their business. They decided to invite Ilya Zakharov to the restaurant so that he could suggest how to improve the work of the institution. The program "Call the boss" will show what advice Ilya will give.
