In the first part, after enduring countless trials, Zhao Jiadi finally reconciles with his father Zhao Xin and parachutes into Jinhai Group, brimming with passion as he launches sweeping reforms. However, Zhao Xin has no intention of truly relinquishing control. The father and son engage in a duel fought with velvet gloves, their fierce confrontations playing out both within and beyond Jinhai Group. Meanwhile, the operatives sent by Zhao Xin's old nemesis from the south lurk in the shadows, old grudges and new wounds erupt together. Once again estranged from his father, Zhao Jiadi leaves Jinhai Group with resolute determination. He deliberately chooses Hangcheng—a place at odds with Zhao Xin—as his new battleground.
