In the premiere episode, the stakes are high when a high school teacher and coach, contestant Stacey Finnerty, plays to win money for her best friend, Michelle Brislen. Stacey and Michelle met while playing soccer together at University of California Berkley, and have been best friends ever since. Just five months ago, Michelle Brislen lost her husband in a tragic diving accident, leaving her to raise their two children on her own. Stacey gives her best friend the surprise of a lifetime when she tries to win as much money as possible for her

Episode 2

In this week's episode, contestant Ja'Ire Hattley plays the compelling game to win as much money as possible for her beloved mother, Alice Hattley, a local community hero. Alice created a non-profit organization called "House of Praise", opening her home and heart to thousands of local community members, helping to feed and clothe them on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, due to a recent turn of events, Alice has lost her house and is on the verge of losing her non-profit organization. Before it's too late, Ja'Ire wants to play "You Deserve It" and surprise her mother with a financial reward that will help overcome these financial obstacles and give Alice the chance to return to doing what she loves best -- helping people --

Contestants aren't out to win money for themselves, but instead are playing for someone else -- someone they feel deserves it. In this week's episode, contestant Lindsay Chavez is motivated to win as much money as possible for her loving, hardworking and former Naval Corpsman brother, Randell Leoncio. A recipient of the Bronze Star and Purple Heart, Randell lost his leg in combat while serving his country in Iraq. Through his long and difficult recovery, he has shown tremendous courage and resilience in overcoming his injuries, and he has become an inspiration not only to his family and friends, but throughout his community. After more than 100 surgeries, and with the help of a prosthetic leg, Randell stands on his own feet once again. He is currently studying to be a prosthetics doctor, and his sister wants to win big on "You Deserve It" to help him fulfill his dream of traveling to developing nations and helping other amputees in need of medical treatment.

Episode 4

In this week's episode, contestant Greg Fisher, a local deputy sheriff and newlywed, wants to help his mother, Amy Fisher, get back on her feet financially. Sadly, earlier this year Amy lost her husband to a liver disease, leaving her with a stack of medical bills and mortgage payments that she's struggling to keep up with. As an active member in her community, Amy has spent the last 20 years creating and running Aliso Viejo Little League, providing children in their community with a place to learn the values of teamwork and sportsmanship. Amy has always gone out of her way to make the people around her happy, and now Greg wants to play "You Deserve It" to help his mother save the home that has provided their family and community with so many amazing memories.

Episode 5

In this week's episode, contestant Ashley Lassetter has witnessed her mother Pam's selfless acts firsthand and is eager to play "You Deserve It" and help restart her mother's life. Beneficiary Pam Kellough is an unemployed loyal single mother who has not let her financial hardships hinder her acts of kindness throughout her community. She is a devoted mother, currently raising two children with disabilities, her 26-year-old daughter who was born with cerebral palsy and her adopted 5-year-old son with severe autism. Pam has dedicated all of her efforts to making sure her children have what they need, as well as teaching and touching the lives of other families who struggle with the same hardships, raising children with disabilities. Ashley admires her mother's huge heart but sees that, while she focuses on other people's needs, she is losing sight on her own - so Ashley hopes to help her mother finally do something for herself.
