All matches, except for the final match, the winner of the match determines which brand gets the draft pick.
Batista comes to the ring and talks about what Randy Orton did to him and he wants Orton to come out and face him now. Orton doesn't come out, but Shane McMahon does. Shane tells Batista that if anybody is going after Orton, it's him. This brings out Triple H. H says the he's going to be the one to hunt down Orton. Unfortunates, this brings out Vickie Guerrero and says that she's the only one who will determine who will face Orton. She says that the three of them will face Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase, if Legacy wins, no one touches Orton, but whichever one of them gets the pinfall, they face Orton next week.
