The Finals: Heat 1

The 30 Strongest Men on the planet return to Myrtle Beach as we begin our annual quest to find the World's Strongest. Our 30 men are split into five groups, the winner of each group progresses through to the final with a further qualifier determined by winning through the dreaded Stone-Off. In Heat One British hopes lie with Luke Stoltman as he bids to reach his fifth successive final. Six events are on show: The Webster Stones, then a Deadlift ladder which sees a total of 1700kg lifted from the floor in under 60 seconds. Event 3 is the Sandbag Steeplechase, with the Viking Press re-imagined and returns to WSM for the first time since 2017. The Car Walk is back and so too the epic showdown on the Stones to decide the final group placings. Presented by James Richardson, Eddie Hall, and Michelle Ackerley, with Colin Bryce and Danny Wallace providing the commentary.
