Having always put her staff and the guests first, leaving behind close friends isn't easy. Free-flowing champagne, performances from the entertainment team and bottomless caviar and canapes is a sure-fire way to ensure the passengers have the best party ever. But is there a surprise in store? General Manager Massimo is hatching a plan to say goodbye to Lorraine on stage.

But after a steep uptake in olive oil whilst the ship sails through Europe, Executive Head Chef Ronald is faced with a dilemma. Luckily for him, Veteran Maitre'D Jorge runs an olive oil business in the Portuguese countryside. Unluckily – the olive groves are two hundred miles away from the ship.
