The big Dutch resistance hero Julius Civilis rebels against the Romans. But why do Romans always win? Why do Teutons fight naked?

Het Einde
The last emperor explains the fall of Rome. What was the reason behind it? Is it because of the plague and smallpox or simply because of the wine? And why do eunuchs talk so high-pitched?
