Todd and Sarah are an adventurous couple looking for a home in Peterborg, St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. The snazzy couple has left the snowy Pennsylvania winters to enjoy a lifestyle of full-time sunshine. Sarah wants a home with beautiful water views no matter what the cost, while Todd prefers to live right on the water - on a houseboat! This couple not only has trouble debating the various homes Peterborg offers, but they also butt heads on the type of lifestyle they want to live. Sarah, Todd and their puppy Burt can't wait to embark on this island adventure and purchase a permanent piece of Caribbean heaven.

Nathan and Meg are a fun loving quirky couple looking to buy their fist home! They're ready to settle down on the beautiful shores of Freeport, Maine. Nathan wants a move in ready home with a short commute to work and Meg wants a house right on the water. Meg is currently working on getting her boating license and would love to find a home on an island that she can boat to everyday. Whether it be by car or by boat this couple is ready to find their waterfront home!

Colorado natives Kassey and Briton are tired of the snow and looking for a tropical change. These two music lovers are leaving the landlocked main land behind and moving to Rincon, Puerto Rico. Kassey would like a home with Latin flavor where she can step outside and dive right into the sparkling blue Caribbean sea. Briton wants a house with a laid back vibe and majestic views. For this couple, the outdoor space is just as important as the indoor space, they want to make sure they have enough space for their band to practice and friends to come and enjoy the music. It's up to Seth to find perfect home that's music to their ears!

East coast natives Chris and Sheri have recently made the move back to their home state of Massachusetts. With 6 month old Sawyer now in the picture they want to be closer to family. Both Chris and Sheri grew up by in the beautiful rocky seacoast and want to make sure Sawyer grows up with the same lifestyle. Sheri wants to stay within their budget while Chris is willing to spend it all on the perfect Cape Cod retreat. With budget differences aside, this family can't wait to start their home hunt and set roots in Scituate, Massachusetts.

Sheldon and Chavah have big plans to purchase their dream home on the Big Island of Hawaii. Elaine loves the sweeping water views and can't wait to spend every moment by the water. Elaine wants a modern home with a sprawling floor plan where she can entertain. Mike wants a cozy island home where he can kick back with a drink and enjoy the sea views. Will this couple end up living in a modern paradise or tiki palace?
