Dima was born a healthy baby. But at the age of 4 months he suddenly began to eat badly, and his parents noticed that he was breathing strangely. When the child was given an ultrasound, the doctors were horrified. Dima's heart was three times bigger than normal. Cardiologists could not establish the cause of the disorder and prescribe treatment. Miraculously, a professor from St. Petersburg was in Chelyabinsk at the time. With his help, the boy was diagnosed with a rare heart defect. A complex operation was required.
