Una grande proposta

Un uomo senza pace
Rosa, Carlo's press officer, tries to deny the rumors that he is running for mayor. When the party, however, publishes a tweet in which he announces his candidacy and the news becomes public. Pronto a tutto
At the exhibition of his friend Antonello Venditti, Carlo argues with his son Giovanni who accuses him of not being able to say NO to anyone. In fact, Carlo not only can't decide on the candidacy for mayor, but he can't even get rid of Chicco, his daughter's boyfriend, and put a stop to Erminia, a terminally ill who persecutes him with messages and phone calls.

Una giornata sbagliata
Carlo and Max want to go to the stadium to watch the Roma match but on the way the driver argues on the phone with his lover and crashes into some dumpsters. Meditazioni e maledizioni
After the waste scandal, the mayor resigns and early elections are expected. Carlo can no longer take time, the journalists besiege him: make the film or apply? To find peace, Carlo takes refuge in a monastery and here an unexpected encounter with Morgan, a musician who is depressed for being the victim of ghosting, takes place.

"Essere o non essere"

Carlo is forced to attend the diamond wedding of his ex-wife's parents, who are unaware of their separation which took place 10 years earlier. Back in Rome, he receives a visit from Max in crisis for having been left by his wife. Despite everything, Carlo finds the courage to declare himself to Annalisa.

Il mito e il mitomane
Now that Annalisa's marriage has come to an end, there seems to be hope for Carlo. And there is also hope for his son Giovanni, who meets the charming Giorgia during a party. Carlo finally decides to take his candidacy for mayor seriously when, after having foiled a suicide attempt at the Colosseum, his success skyrockets. Rome is ready, but is he?

La quiete dopo la tempesta
The actor's success and popularity undergo an abrupt halt: a joke from Carlo against Totti, in fact, makes criticism mount and leads him to a collapse. Bookish

Book has gathered around him a host of lovable, damaged misfits whom he informally protects, cajoles, and mentors. His wife Trottie runs the wallpaper shop next door.
