Victory Lap - Season 1

Coach YU SHUAI arranged a friendly match between The Swordfish Swimming Team and the TOP swimming team. On the day of the Southeast Asian Swimming Club Competition, CHEN BIN, boss of the Swordfish Team arrived in Bangkok. When YU SHUAI was getting ready to leave the hotel, he suddenly collapsed.

Everyone was at a loss when YU SHUAI suddenly collapsed. CHEN BIN instructed the team to set off for the competition. In the competition pool, memories of how they joined the team came flashing back. LIU JIAN was recruited during the team's audition and YIXIANG refused to join the team initially.

With the help of BILLION, ZHIFEI found LIN JUN who agreed to consider joining the team. ZHIFEI hired ANN as the assistant coach. BILLION and ZHIFEI bump into TAE, a swimmer from Thailand, by chance and invited TAE to compete with LIU JIAN. LIN JUN appeared on the competition day and joined the team.

After seeing how LIN JUN and TAE performed, ZHIFEI and YU SHUAI decided to invite them to join the team. By coincidence, YIXIANG spotted ANN's tattoo on her ankle and made him wonder if ANN was the girl he met when he was little. Slowly after, YIXIANG started to confide his growing stories with ANN.

YIXIANG finally decided to join the Team, very much because of ANN. He believed that ANN was the little girl who had saved him back then. YU SHUAI conducted a swimming trial to test the forte of the four dudes. After being pestered by ZHIFEI, YU SHUAI finally told her about his illness.

LIN JUN admitted to ZHIFEI and ANN that he was not the real LIN JUN. In fact, LIN JUN is his twin brother and was in coma. ZHIFEI invited professional swimmers to do a friendly match with the team. When TAE got home, he was surprised to see his mum, who came all the way to Singapore from Thailand!

TAE's mum insisted that TAE should give up swimming, otherwise she would financially stop supporting him. TAE repeatedly came late for training due to work and this causes his teammates to be unhappy as they were punished as a team. ZHIFEI offered financial help to TAE, but TAE refused to take it up.

TAE was touched by his teammates' kind gesture and decided to go with their plan to show his mum how much he is willing to sacrifice for swimming. Being moved by TAE's determination, TAE's mum finally decided to let TAE stay in Singapore. Meanwhile, YIXIANG and ANN confessed to each other.

The intimate interaction between YIXIANG and ANN made LIN JUN feel sad. It turned out that LIN JUN also had feelings for ANN. TAE confessed to ZHIFEI and ZHIFEI accepted his confession. In a friendly match with TOP Swimming Team, Swordfish Swimming Team took on a bet for loser to run in a bikini. 

The Swordfish Team lost in the match, they had no choice but to run in bikinis in Bugis Junction. This made them lose their morale totally. ZHIFEI decided to take the four swimmers to Resorts World for an outing, and also arranged for them to go to Thailand for training camp.

The team had fun during their one day break. While the team was in Thailand having training, YIXIANG and ANN rescued a young lady. YIXIANG then told ANN that he was the little boy that she saved when they were little. ANN replied that there was never such an encounter. YIXIANG was shocked.

YIXIANG could not come to terms that ANN was not the little girl who saved him. They both had a heart to heart talk and decided to put everything aside till the Southeast Asian Swimming Club Competition is over. When ZHIFEI was speaking to YU SHUAI about the team's performance, YU SHUAI collapsed.

On the competition day, YU SHUAI collapsed. CHEN BIN encouraged the team to never give up. The Swordfish Swimming Team made it as the first runner-up. Because of their perfomance, the four swimmers were invited to take part in the selection of Singapore National Swimming Team!
