Mr. Chapel contacts the man and offers his services: the guilty party brought to justice, for either $1 million or a favor. To pull off his own scheme, Chapel calls in a former favor-owner, K.C. Griffin... but K.C. has her own plans.

Chapel goes after a crooked FBI profiler who is willing to let an innocent man rot in prison for murder rather than risk people finding out he was wrong about his solving the case.

When a crooked arms manufacturer, Donald Block, is put on trial, he abducts the wife of the undercover agent who is going to testify against him. Chapel ends up getting Block jailed and then sets up a botched arms deal with the skinheads Block was dealing with. However, things go south when the skinheads have plans of their own for Block... and Chapel.

When a friend of KC's is murdered for carrying the child of a well-known senator, KC turns to Chapel for help. Chapel obliges and sets out to frame the senator for selling classified information.

Witnessing the events in trial, KC brings it to the attention of Mr. Chapel. Chapel and Dearborn butt minds to win the lawsuit and save the life of a sick little girl.
 

Darin Carver invents a new power source that is non electric. His old friend, now a powerful businessman with a company trying to invent similar technology, Steven Jensen, is denied a partnership by Carver. Jensen steals the technology, frames Carver's invention for house fires, and Carver commits suicide. Mr. Chapel sets about bringing a happy ending to Carver's widow and baby.
