Luis está indignado porque un franelero frente al edificio quiere cobrarle para cuidarle su coche. Arturo, Germán y Luis van a enfrentarlos, pero no logran nada.
En la junta vecinal, Silvita está de acuerdo con Luis, pero cuando Magda escucha de Frankie que los franeleros llegan a ganar hasta 30 mil pesos al mes, tiene una idea. Ella promete hacerse cargo y pedir a la delegación que los quiten.
Germán decide "arreglarse" con los franeleros, pero descubre que su "líder sindical" es Jorjáis.
Doña Magda pone a trabajar a su nieto Morrison de franelero.
Luis descubre que le rayaron el auto que le prestaron en la compañía. En otra ocasión, dejan su coche encerrado.
Germán decide permitir a los franeleros pasar al baño al edificio por $5 pesos.
Silvita va al parque a ligar por recomendación de una amiga, pero sólo logra recibir un balonazo.
Ante las largas que le da Doña Magda a Luis y después de que le ponchan 3 llantas a su auto, éste decide evidenciar por redes sociales que la delegación no ha hecho nada para quitar a los franeleros y esto termina en una golpiza. A fin de cuentas, la delegación quita a los franeleros y pone parquímetros. Pero a Luis le quitan su coche y tendrá que pagar los daños. Con esta nueva medida también Doña Magda sale afectada, pues la grúa se lleva su coche
