Llega Neto al edificio para encargarse del local y le pide a Germán que arregle la instalación eléctrica.
Silvia y Neto se enamoran, pero ambos ya tienen otra relación.
Al final, después de una multa de $3000 pesos (por departamento), a Magdalena se le quita el puesto por su mala administración y abuso del poder con una votación 7-1
