Valerie Bertinelli welcomes guest Kelsey Nixon to join her in a spring refresher, for both the menu and Valerie's fridge! She makes Baked Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet and Spicy Dipping Sauce, Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs with Scallion Ginger Sauce and a delicious Lemon Blueberry Snacking Cake for dessert.

Cooking the Books
Valerie Bertinelli is celebrating a new book by making a few of the recipes that start each chapter for some dear friends. She cooks Sausage and Peppers, a Tuna Egg Salad Melt and a delightful Butter Lettuce Salad with Zesty Green Goddess Dressing. For a sweet ending, Valerie bakes Lemon Lime White Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Warm as a Mother's Hug
Valerie Bertinelli is paying homage to her mother's Irish roots by making Healthier Stuffed Cabbage, an Irish Pub Salad and Irish Soda Bread with Cheddar and Chives. For dessert, Valerie makes Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Elevated Breakfast for Dinner
Valerie Bertinelli is making an elegant, fancy breakfast for dinner. The menu includes Soft Scrambled Eggs, Roasted Garlic Mushrooms and Bacon Jam with Toast. Plus, Valerie makes a colorful Strawberry Arugula Salad and a Bloody Maria cocktail.

Warm Days and Chili Nights
Valerie Bertinelli is ready to spend a perfect evening around the fire pit with her friends, Chef Jet Tila and his wife, Ali. She makes Pimento Cheese Dip, Veggie Chili with All the Fixings and Creamed Corn Skillet Cornbread. For dessert, there's No-Churn Mocha Affogato.

Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme
Valerie Bertinelli is using all the herbs in her garden for lunch before making a summer wreath with her guest, George Lopez. The fresh, deliciously herby menu includes Salmon Kabobs with Herb Sauce, Grilled Bone-In Ribeye and Cauliflower with Cilantro Cashew Pesto.

Deceptively Easy
Valerie Bertinelli makes a beautiful lunch with a few twists for her longtime friend, Jo Stougaard, and Emily Brandwin, who used to be a CIA spy. The menu includes Grilled Lamb Pita Sandwiches with Mediterranean Salsa and Mediterranean Grilled Veggie Orzo Salad. Dessert features a classic combo, PB & J Cups.

Retro Refresh
Valerie Bertinelli is updating her favorite dishes from restaurants around Los Angeles. The menu includes Clams Casino, Focaccia Pizza, a Beverly Hills Chopped Salad and a top-shelf Cadillac Margarita.

Valerie Bertinelli is cooking some of her dad's favorites to honor his Italian roots and is passing down the family secrets to her nephew, Enzo. The flavorful menu includes Fried Bread 2-Ways, Beef Braciole and Burrata Caprese with Basil Garlic Oil.

Valerie Bertinelli is celebrating the summer bounty from all over the great USA. The menu includes a Shrimp Boil and an updated favorite, Green Bean Casserole Salad. Plus, Valerie makes Loganberry Soda and scrumptious Grilled Cherry Pie.

A Feast for All
Valerie Bertinelli is treating herself and the animals around her to a hearty meal. She makes Homemade Bird Food and Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs with Cipolline Onions, Mushrooms and Peas. Plus, Valerie whips up a Fennel and Apple Slaw and, for dessert, Secret Ingredient Lemon Bars.

Surprise Beach Birthday
To celebrate her longtime producer Sophie's summer birthday, Valerie Bertinelli teams up with Sophie's husband, John, to make a beach picnic. Valerie preps some of Sophie's favorites, including a Make Ahead Ham Caprese Picnic Sandwich, Cauliflower "Potato" Salad and Chili Lime Fruit Salad. For dessert, there's a Pineapple Upside Down Cake for John and Sophie to enjoy as the sun sets over the Pacific.

25 Years of Book Group
Valerie Bertinelli's book group is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their first meeting. For the gathering, Valerie makes Antipasti Skewers, Shrimp Scampi Zoodles and an Herby Snap Peas Salad. Plus, the One Ingredient Tangerine Sorbet with a Champagne Topper makes for a fabulous finish.

Accompanied by Peggy Scott, an accomplished African-American woman, Marian inadvertently becomes enmeshed in a social war between one of her aunts, a scion of the old money set, and her stupendously rich neighbors, a ruthless railroad tycoon and his ambitious wife, George and Bertha Russell.
In this exciting new world that is on the brink of the modern age, will Marian follow the established rules of society, or forge her own path?
