Sarah visits a traditional mushroom festival in France; gets put to work at her local cheese maker; prepares a date night menu that includes a cream of Cepe mushroom soup, a Provence-inspired roast chicken with lemon, artichoke and peppers.

A French Barbecue
Sarah makes a trip to a prehistoric cave site; she hosts a barbecue party for her visiting family and new friends; prepares dry rubbed bison roast; BBQ beef and boar; farro and roasted vegetable salad, Bob's chimichurra sauce.

A French Picnic
Something as simple as a family picnic has an elegance in France. Host Sarah Sharratt's picnic menu consists of Egg and Goat Cheese Filo Tarts, Spaghetti Frittata, Strawberry Lemonade and Strawberry Cobblers in a Jam Jar. Sarah also visits a goat cheese maker in the famous cliffside village of Rocamadour, and helps with a strawberry harvest in a local greenhouse.

Springtime in France
Spring has arrived in France and host Sarah Sharratt is hosting friends for a seasonally-inspired lunch. Sarah loves to indulge her guests with French classics and the spring menu is sure to please: Benoit's Duck Pate, freshly-picked White Asparagus with Gribiche Sauce, and a Creamy Lemon Posset. Lucky for Sarah, there is a food adventure behind each dish.

A Food Lover in Paris
Sarah Sharratt explores the modern food scene in Paris and sets out to better understand how Parisians eat. From food markets to luxury food shops, a private dinner party to a private cooking lesson with the city's hottest chef, Sarah leaves no cocktail unmixed or pastry uneaten in her gastronomic quest.

A French Thanksgiving
Celebrating American Thanksgiving in France has its challenges. Host Sarah Sharratt pulls off a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with the help of her local butcher and family members visiting from the US. Wanting to add a French twist to her meal, Sarah collects fresh vegetables from a vibrant local market to make a Ratatouille to go along with Butternut Squash Soup, Stuffed Turkey and Pumpkin Pie.

The Pigeon Hunt
Host Sarah Sharratt is invited by her local mayor to accompany him on a seasonal pigeon hunt; a tradition that dates back hundreds of years in the region. The hunters inspire Sarah to throw a dinner party featuring Pigeon Stuffed with Sausage and Fennel Seeds and Pommes Dauphinoise (potato gratin). For dessert Sarah makes an Apple and Armagnac Tresse.

The Nut Route
Host Sarah Sharratt visits a local walnut farm and nut oil press, using these versatile nuts to make a Walnut Ravioli in a Cream Sauce, a Rolled Leg of Lamb with Walnut and Arugula Stuffing, and a Walnut Tart with Butterscotch Sauce inspired by her local bakery.
