Seventh division — a division of Moscow criminal investigation Department, which investigates crimes related to theft of vehicles and illegal car business, for this division was nicknamed the "theft".
The show's main characters — the chief of Department Colonel Zorin and his staff Alexey Shinkarev, Sergey Veresov and Alla Zimin. Their "wards" — the so-called intellectual elite of the underworld of professional thieves. At the disposal is a complex technical device, allowing to neutralize the most sophisticated anti-theft systems and steal any cars. But the mind and experience of the Moscow investigators do not give the criminals to prevail on any trick the hijackers employees Zorina is the response trick.
