Out and About
In this episode, he presides over a selection of the finest adventures from over 40 mini-breaks, beginning with a tour of Vienna in miniature hot rods with Chris O'Dowd, before jetting off to Dubai with comedian Johnny Vegas to scale the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. He also recalls canoeing around Helsinki's 300 islands with Paul Rudd, rafting in Florence with Rebel Wilson and sightseeing in Iceland with Jessica Hynes.

Food and Drink
Richard Ayoade recalls some of the finest meals he has enjoyed on his trips. The memories begin with breakfast in Zurich with Frank Skinner, then a perfect macaron in the company of Mel Giedroyc in Paris. In Barcelona, Richard and Kathy Burke took a masterclass in cava and he learned the secrets of chocolate-making in Brussels with Lee Mack. Richard sampled 14 courses of molecular gastronomy with Dawn French in Athens, and in Hong Kong he and Jon Hamm went in search of street food. Along with Paul Rudd, he sampled a local delicacy in Helsinki, and in Russia some space food with Greg Davies and a Soviet-era meal with Rob Beckett.

Arts and Crafts
Richard Ayoade continues to delve into the Travel Man archive with a look at highlights themed around arts and crafts. Featured are a drawing tour of Amsterdam's Rijksmuseum with Joe Lycett and a visit of New York's smallest museum, The Mmuseumm, with Katherine Ryan. Also, Richard and Morgana Robinson discuss their final dining choices stood before Da Vinci's Last Supper in Milan, and the street art of Athens and Paris is appreciated by Dawn French and Mel Giedroyc respectively.

Mind, Body and Soul
Richard Ayoade introduces more previously unseen footage inspired by mental, physical and spiritual well-being, featuring a pre-breakfast Tai Chi session in Hong Kong with Hollywood hotshot Jon Hamm followed by beach yoga in Miami with Rhod Gilbert. Later, there's smoke sauna in Helsinki with Paul Rudd, topped off with some birch beating in Moscow with Greg Davies. On the white isle of Ibiza, Jessica Knappett accompanies Richard in a Gong Bath and in Athens, before he and Dawn French dip their toes into the thermal waters of Lake Vouliagmeni.
