A girls bonding trip to Lake Tahoe quickly escalates into a heated fight between Lana and Paige; Trinity catches up with family and friends in Atlanta without Jon.

After a rocky first night, Trinity joins the Bellas, Nattie, Nia, Paige and Lana in Tahoe, where they bond in a way they never have before; Brie tries to convince the girls that the lake monster Tahoe Tessy is indeed real.

Nia prepares for her match against Ronda Rousey; Trinity tries to get her relationship with Jon back on track; Nattie and her family are faced with the loss of her father, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart.
