Deelnemen aan Belgisch Kampioenschap bodybuilding.
Kan je op acht maanden tijd een echte bodybuilder worden? In die tijd zal Tom zich proberen klaar te stomen voor het Belgisch kampioenschap bodybuilding. Hij gaat voor een podiumplaats en gebruikt daarvoor dé bijbel in het bodybuilden: The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding van Arnold Schwarzenegger, een standaardwerk uit 1984. Daarnaast krijgt hij hulp van een beul van een coach: de 63-jarige Bill Richardson. Die is Mr Universe geweest in de jaren 80, weet alles van bodybuilding en heeft zijn gym - heel handig - gewoon in Borgerhout. Tom heeft acht maanden alles volgens het boekje gedaan en geleefd en getraind als een bodybuilder. Spijtig genoeg volstond dat niet om Belgisch kampioen te worden. En toch: door de positieve dopingtest van kandidaten die voor hem gerangschikt stonden, wordt hij later alsnog derde in het kampioenschap.
