Jânio, morador do Jambalaya não suporta mais os abusos de poder de Dona Álvara . A síndica alega que a soberania do condomínio está ameaçada e solicita uma assembléia extraordinária. Na reunião, ela propõe a criação de um fundo de segurança, o que acarretaria mais taxas extras. Jânio se revolta e briga com Álvara, que o expulsa do imóvel. Copélia resolve, então, dar asilo político ao moço, abrigando-o no apartamento de Celinha. Ele apronta todas para derrubar Álvara, incluindo atirar uma prancha enorme de cima do apartamento! No fim, Álvara, com um olho roxo, ameaça detonar o apartamento com um avião a jato comprado para monitorar o espaço aéreo do Jambalaya. As confusões continuam no episódio seguinte.
