It refers to the level of satisfaction or efficiency in return for time spent. Speed watching videos, apps that provide summaries of books, gyms where you can start working out within seconds. These are just some examples of "time performance" in practice. And the recent introduction of the pitch clock in Major League baseball shows it's a global trend. How should we manage our limited time? We look at ways to improve our "time performance."
