Concerns about the cost of rebuilding have led to calls for towns to be made more compact, while some communities face the risk of vanishing entirely. But experts on post-disaster reconstruction say there are ways to help. We take a look at the activities of a group of non-residents and see how "tailored reconstruction" can save these communities.
