Tia & Cory Cook-Off
Tia Mowry and her husband, Cory, both love to cook, and they are both incredibly competitive. When they're together in the kitchen, things get feisty! They've decided to set up a cook-off to settle once and for all who is the master of the kitchen. Tia and Cory each make their own entree featuring shrimp and a dessert featuring bananas. The losing cook has to do dishes for a week. Recipes include: Shrimp and Grits, Shrimp Scampi with Cherry Tomatoes, Coconut Banana Pudding and Caramelized Banana Split Sundae.

Thanksgiving!
Tia Mowry is hosting a Thanksgiving Day feast for her favorite guys -- her husband, son, dad and brother. On the menu: her Herb de Provence Turkey, a Cornbread Stuffing with Sausage, Apple and Fennel, Brown Butter Green Beans with Hazelnuts, and a Pumpkin Cheesecake with a Bacon Crumble Crust. Cory will join her in the kitchen to help whip up the gravy before the feast begins.

Tia's Perfect Food Day
Tia Mowry is taking us on a tour through her perfect food day -- breakfast, lunch and dinner. She'll start the day by prepping a healthy green juice and a Greek Breakfast Frittata. Next, she'll take us to one of her favorite lunch spots where she'll get inspiration for her perfect dinner. She'll finish the day with Asparagus-Wrapped Beef Fillet to share with a friend.

New Friends
Tia Mowry recently met Catherine McCord and they instantly hit it off. It's not hard to see why -- they have a lot of mutual friends and are both busy moms who love to cook. Tia's invited Catherine over for one of her favorite home-cooked meals so they can get to know each other better. She'll be making a One Pot Chicken with Potatoes and Olives, an Arugula Salad with Candied Sunflower Seeds and Asparagus with Feta and Bacon. They'll finish the meal with a Bahamian Pineapple Tart. By the end of this dinner, these two ladies will be thick as thieves.

Tia's Holiday Dinner
It's time for the holidays and Tia Mowry is putting together some of her favorite holiday dishes to share with her closest friends. She'll make Herb-Crusted Beef Tenderloin with a Horseradish Cream Sauce, Miso Brussels Sprouts, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Chai-Spiced Bundt Cake before her guests arrive to toast the holiday season.

Tia's Guilty Pleasures Day
Tia Mowry's treating herself to a day of decadence and is indulging in some of her favorite foods. She starts her day with a stop to a popular doughnut shop before heading home to make her own Salted Caramel Swirl Ice Cream with Spiced Pecans. She also makes her favorite Fried Chicken with Bacon Waffles and a Grilled Watermelon Salad.

Cree's Birthday Party
It's Tia Mowry's son Cree's fifth birthday and she's invited some of his friends over for a party. She's making a kid and adult-friendly menu with Mini Mac and Cheese Muffins, a Grilled Corn Salad, Roasted Broccoli and for dessert, Whoopie Pies.

Cory's Guys
Tia Mowry's husband, Cory, has a lot of single actor friends who rarely get to enjoy a home-cooked meal. Tia's invited them over for a cookout by the pool and she's putting Cory in charge of the grill. On her menu are Jalapeno Poppers, Lamb Burgers, Zucchini Fries and a Strawberry Milkshake.

Pizza Goes Healthy
Tia Mowry starts her day at one of her favorite neighborhood pizza places, where she orders up two amazing pizzas. She can't resist heading back to the kitchen to say hello to the chef and steal some tips on making her own pizza. She decides to make her own healthier version with a Cauliflower Crust and pairs it with a Beet Salad and Sesame Carrots, and to drink, a Red Wine Sangria.

Beach Picnic
Tia Mowry has decided she's ready for some fun in the sun, and she's packing a picnic for her and her friend Jules at the beach. In her basket is a Roasted Garlic Hummus, Tia's BLT, a Snap Pea Salad, Mixed Berry Crisp for dessert and Charred Orange Margaritas.

Blind Date
Tia Mowry is turning the cameras on one of her producers and setting him up on a blind date. For the romantic meal, she's making Roasted Asparagus, Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli, Meringue Thumbprint Cookies and a Roasted Grape Martini. Will the meal help spark a romance?

Awards Show Party
Tia Mowry invites her assistant over to watch a red carpet awards show. They get dressed up, walk their own red carpet and snack on Stuffed Mushrooms, Caprese Salad Skewers, Chocolate Mousse and a Champagne Pear Cocktail.

Pajama Party
Tia Mowry's not even getting out of her pajamas to cook today -- she's having friends over for some girl time and an old fashioned sleepover. For her pajama party, Tia is preparing Herbs de Provence Popcorn, Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges and her tasty Chicken Parm Sticks. At the end of the night, the ladies try to get Tia twerking!
