Episode 1
The first episode is a weight loss special with five contestants hoping to lose a combined weight of 50 stone, but will they achieve their goals?

Episode 2
In this second episode, Davina meets a woman hoping to track down the sister her mother was forced to give up almost 50 years ago, a brave youngster desperate to get back to the sport he loves following an allergic reaction which robbed him of his eyesight, and a man determined to give back to the NHS following a life-saving operation.

Episode 3
In this third episode we meet an inspiring foster dad determined to transform his unhealthy lifestyle for the sake of his children, a teenager hoping to turn her difficult childhood experiences into something positive by joining the police force, and a brave grandmother whose confidence was destroyed by a freak accident, desperate to reclaim her independence.

Episode 4
In this fourth episode we'll meet a mum desperately in need of a kidney transplant and hoping her husband will prove to be a suitable match, a newly-married couple who, having survived cervical cancer, now want to start a family with the help of a surrogate, and a brave six-year-old boy determined to leave his wheelchair behind and learn to walk without pain.

Episode 5
In the fifth show of the new series, Davina meets Hayley Martin, 47 (years old) from Stoke on Trent, who is hoping that she can go on her first holiday in 27 years. For most of her life, Hayley has been living with extreme anxiety and OCD, which not only affects her day to day, but has also had a huge effect on her health. Due to these issues, Hayley has not been on a plane since she was 19 years old but will she be able to control her fears and finally head off on her dream holiday?

Episode 6
In the last show of the series, Davina meets 4-year-old Georgie Gibbs from Worcester who is hoping she will be able to finally walk to school without her sticks. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 12-months old, Georgie is determined to final walk unaided. The family initially raised money for Georgie to have SDR treatment in America to help her mobility but after being accepted onto a clinical trial in Bristol, Georgie's family have used the money to fund Georgie intense physio and to help her achieve her dream.
