Schoolboys Devonte Cafferkey, Sammy Farah and Shawn Young talk about how they prevented a suicidal man from jumping off a bridge, and are joined by mental health campaigner Jonny Benjamin. White woman Martina Big talks about how she now identifies as a black woman following an addiction to tanning injections, and reveals why she believes she has changed race. Street artist Voyder creates a mural of Phillip and Holly in the studio that will be unveiled at the end of the show. Agony aunt Deidre Sanders offers advice to viewers on coping with anxiety. Alice Beer goes through some of the bad customer service horror stories she has been sent by viewers.
