Take a trip to a zoo like no other, as Jürgen the silverback and his oddball gang of gorillas reveal a secret world of talking animals. From boisterous wise-guy baboons to beat boxing giant tortoises, penguins with an identity crisis and vegetarian lions - anything is possible!

The series follows The Zoo's colourful cast of animals and their keepers as they go about their daily routine; from the everyday jobs such as clearing up poo and dishing out meals, to major talking points of rumoured new arrivals. With a trusty narrator to delve into the zookeepers' factual take on events, he also able to converse with the animals to uncover their side of the story, revealing comical observations and hilarious misinterpretations of events.
