Jeff also delves into ICE CREAM's long-lasting history as he straps on his hiking boots and heads into the wilderness with another ice-cream innovator to forage some rather unexpected ingredients. When Jeff is invited to an ice-cream social aboard a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, he discovers a deeper connection between humans and the food we love, especially the power of nostalgia.
