The Winner Is... is a talent program on television of the commercial broadcaster SBS, which began in early 2012. The program was devised by John de Mol, and is produced by his media company Talpa Productions. Even before the first broadcast of Dutch version the format was sold to Germany, where Linda de Mol, the program will present. Also, other foreign broadcasters, including CBS, have already shown their interest to the producer.

The program title was announced in the summer of 2011 without any publication of the contents. It would, according to John de Mol, one of the new hit titles must be SBS, the station De Mol since 2012 has a minority interest. In autumn 2011 the tender was opened and presented in the format. During the announcement of the format were the so-called "vakjurylid" which will take place next grads public jury and presenter not been made public. Later, SBS announced that Beau van Erven Thorns program would be present, and Jeroen van der Boom would take place in the jury.
